Give Your Kids an Exhilarating Summer at NSCC!

Who says college is just for grownups? Give your kids an exhilarating experience this summer at North Shore Community College, starting July 9. Check out NSCC's Summer of Discovery program where kids will learn, explore and have fun!

NSCC's Summer of Discovery program, for kids in grades 1-5, will be held at NSCC's Danvers Campus, Monday through Thursday. Full- and half-day sessions are available. Classes will focus on four areas of interest including the Magical World of Harry Potter, Animal Lovers, Cooking and Transformer Fun with Lego Robotics.

Animal lovers will enjoy hands-on classes with live, kid-friendly animals while budding chefs take over the kitchen to prepare yummy treats like pizza and cupcakes.  Harry Potter fans will brew up delicious, edible potions, go on owl hunts and learn a few magic tricks and LEGO lovers will be challenged to turn simple LEGOs into cool, one-of-a-kind robots that will show them how to use gears and motors to bring it to life.
