Each Peach Café Green Juice
1 cucumber
3 stalks celery
1 apple
1 lemon
2 cups spinach
Grated ginger
To create your own, blend any combination of:
Your favorite organic greens (spinach and soft leaf lettuces preferable over cruciferous greens such as kale that can be difficult on your stomach when uncooked), celery, cucumbers, your favorite piece of fruit and/or citrus for a touch of sweetness and to cut the grassy-ness, and the option of an organic herb from your garden (like mint or cilantro) if you prefer your drinks more flavorful.
