Massage Therapy and You
Massage Envy-Danvers' first blog post -- find out who we are and why you should read this blog.
Seeing as how this is my first blog post, I figured I would give a little background on who I am, why you should read this blog and what this is all about. My name is David Sack and I am the manager of Massage Envy-Danvers. We are located right across the parking lot of the next to and (I know that is a shameless plug but it had to been said).
I have been a practicing Massage Therapist for over two years but I am in semi-retirement now since I am the manager and have other duties to attend to. I believe in massage and its benefits and think everyone should get them regularly to help their everyday life, whether it be related to stress from work and life in general, or if they are having issues with muscle pain in their body. I want to educated people on why massage is perfect for them. That is what I want this blog to be about, I want it to be about educating people on massage and also helping the people that have never had one understand why they should go run out and get one and what they should be expecting from their first one.
Why should you listen to what I have to say? I have a background in massage and am very knowledgeable about it. I have gone to school for this practice and love working with people and making them feel better. I have seen first hand, how it can help people with back, neck, shoulder, leg, hip pains, how it can help people that have trouble sleeping at night finally be able to relax, how it can help people who just need an hour to themselves, find that inner peace so that they do not feel like they are at a breaking point, or even those that just need to unwind for an hour after a long day.

So hopefully you like what you read here and learn some useful information and come check us out over at Massage Envy (our therapists are amazing if I must say). I am going to try and put up a post once a week but at the longest once every 2 weeks.
