Goji Berries

An “adaptogen” which invigorates and strengthens the system while helping the body to deal more easily with stress by supporting the adrenals. Goji berries boost immune function, increase alkalinity, provide liver protection, improve eyesight and blood quality, deliver anti-aging compounds. They are a complete protein source, and contain 19 different amino acids and all 8 essential amino acids. They contain 21+ trace minerals including zinc, iron, copper, calcium, germanium, selenium, and phosphorus, as well as vitamins B1, B2, B6, C and E.

Cacao (raw chocolate)

Cacao is the BEST natural food source of antioxidants, magnesium, iron, chromium, manganese, zinc, copper, omega-6 fatty acids, phenylethylamine, anandamide, tryptophan, serotonin, fiber, and methylxanthines (caffeine and theobromine). Cacao shields DNA from free-radical damage, supports the heart, increases brainpower, increases flexibility, builds strong bones, increases alkalinity, fights anemia, balances blood sugar, oxygenates the blood, boosts the immune system, liver and pancreas, and improves skin.

Maca (Peruvian root)

Another powerful adaptogen that balances and stabilizes the body’s glandular-hormonal system, nervous system, cardiovascular system, and musculature. Known to improve these conditions: Anemia, fatigue, depression, infertility, lack of libido, malnutrition, menopausal symptoms, menstrual discomfort, poor memory, stomach cancer, stress tension, and tuberculosis. Rich in calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, sulfur, sodium, and iron. Also trace minerals zinc, iodine, copper, selenium, bismuth, manganese, tin, and silicon. And, rich in vitamins B1, B2, C, and E.
