Brazilian Top Team (BTT) North Shore's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fighters Zach Danesh, Jose Atiles, Ed Tapia, Angelo Fortes, and Sean Rubchinuk competed at the NAGA Rhode Island Grappling Championship, Saturday, July 17, 2021 at the Longplex Family & Sports Center.
Zach Danesh took 1st place in the Men No-gi / Expert / 170 - 179.9 (middle Weight) / Master (30+) division and 1st place in the Men Gi / Black / 170 - 179.9 (middle Weight) / Adult division.
Jose Atiles took 2nd place in the Men No-gi / Expert / 150 - 159.9 (light Weight) / Adult division and 4th in the Absolute No-Gi Men / 18 & Above / Expert division.

Ed Tapia took 3rd place in the Men Gi / Purple / 190 - 199.9 (cruiser Weight) / Master (30+) division.
Angelo Fortes took 1st place in the Men Gi / Blue / 180 - 189.9 (light Heavy Weight) / Adult division and 1st place in the Absolute Gi Men / 18 & Above / Blue Belt division.
