Cognition and Aging: Understanding and Supporting Brain Health
Cognition — our ability to think, learn, and remember — plays a vital role in our overall brain health and daily functioning. In this presentation, we’ll explore the key components of cognition and how they change with age. We’ll also discuss practical tips and evidence-based strategies to maintain cognitive function and ways to compensate for cognitive challenges, helping to promote independence and quality of life at any age.
