Bead Therapy is a hands-on expressive arts workshop designed for libraries, senior centers, senior colleges, and community learning spaces seeking accessible creative programming. Participants work with semi-precious stones and natural materials to create wearable art in a calm, supportive group environment, with no prior art or jewelry-making experience required. This workshop led by Zangar Freeman  offers guided instruction, optional group reflection, supporting social connection and personal expression. You will take home completed jewelry pieces, increased creative confidence, and a strengthened sense of community.

About Zangar:

Zangar Freeman is a first-generation Liberian‐American jewelry artist, educator, and veteran. With a background in social work and over a decade of experience in jewelry-making, His work across New England emphasizes accessibility, cultural storytelling, and the power of creative practice as a grounding and reflective tool.
