Bring your instrument and come play the historic Jean M. Missud and Salem Cadet Band music of the 19th and early 20th century!
Come play the historic music of the Salem Cadet Band composed by the legendary band director Jean Marie Missud. These marches and tunes have not been played in well over 130 years! Music presented by Kevin Carubia for his doctoral dissertation, the Peabody Essex Museum Philips Library fellowship grant, and the David E. Clark music library of the Community Band - Wenham.
Monday, September 15th, 7:30pm to 9pm, at the Dane Street Church in Beverly, MA.
