Danvers American Defeated By Boxford, First Loss in Tournament

Danvers American was defeated 4-3 for their first game of the District 15 tournament against Boxford, in Beverly last night. 

The previously undefeated team scored two runs early on a Boxford error and held the lead into the bottom of the sixth, before succumbing to their competitors 4-3. 

Danvers American will face their hometown rival, Danvers National, tonight at 5:30 p.m. in Beverly.
