Danvers Annual Town Election Nomination Papers Available
Nomination papers are due on March 26 for the positions up for election in the May 7 vote.

DANVERS, MA — Nomination papers are available for those interested in running for office in the upcoming Danvers annual town election.
Papers are available at the town clerk's office with completed nomination papers due by March 26 for the May 7 town election.
Danvers Town Clerk Catherine Ellsworth said at Tuesday's Select Board meeting that 3,168 voters had requested mail-in ballots for the town election, while 3,449 had done so for the March 5 presidential primary.

The last day to register to vote for the presidential primary is Saturday. The town clerk's office will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on that day for those wishing to register.
Early voting for the primary election also begins on Saturday and will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the town hall.

Early, in-person voting continues next week Monday through Friday.
