Danvers To Host Juneteenth Celebration On Monday Afternoon

The ceremony will take place in front of the town hall at 2 p.m.

DANVERS, MA — Danvers will commemorate the federal Juneteenth holiday with its fourth annual Juneteenth Celebration on Monday.

The event will take place at 2 p.m. in front of the town hall and will include poetry, songs and remarks.

The North Shore Juneteenth Association is helping organize the event.

Town offices will be closed on June 19 for the federal holiday.
