Danvers Man Gets Probation In Road Rage Case

Paul Nelson smashed another driver's windshield after he was cut off on July 31.

DANVERS, MA -- A Danvers man who smashed another driver's windshield after he was cut off reached a plea agreement this week. Paul Nelson, 51, of 22 Trask Street, will have a charge of vandalizing property stemming from the July 31 incident taken off his record if he stays out of trouble for one year. Nelson also agreed to pay restitution of $500.
