Danvers Parking Ban Still In Effect, Will Not Be Enforced During Daylight Tuesday
Residents and visitors to Danvers are allowed to park on the street during the day Tuesday to support local businesses, clean up property.
DANVERS, MA — While the Danvers snow emergency parking ban remains in effect, enforcement will be suspended during the daylight hours of Tuesday to help support local businesses and to allow residents to move cars to the street during cleanup efforts.
The parking ban enforcement will resume at 5 p.m., with vehicles on public streets once again subject to ticketing and towing.
Danvers DPW said crews will focus on clearing town parking lots and sidewalks so students can walk to school. Danvers Public Schools were closed Monday and Tuesday because of the storm.
