Danvers Police Looking For Suspect In Liberty Tree Mall Robbery

DANVERS, MA -- Danvers Police are looking for a man who robbed a T-Mobile store at the Liberty Tree Mall just after it opened at 10 am Sunday morning. According to the Salem News, which first reported this story, the man was wearing all black, sunglasses, gloves and a scarf. After ordering the clerk into the back of the store he mad off with two Apple iPhones and cash. He then fled the mall and made off with a waiting driver in a small, black SUV.

Police said the phones will alert T-Mobile as soon as the thief tries to use them. Altogether, including the wholesale value of the phones and cash, the thief made off with about $800.
