Danvers Rail Trail Section To Close For Repairs
A short distance beyond the Wenham Street Crossing is slated to be closed for the next few weeks.
DANVERS, MA — A section of the Danvers Rail Trail is closed for repairs.
The Danvers Department of Public Works said the section between mile markers 3.6 and 3.7 — beyond the Wenham Street Crossing — is scheduled to be closed for the next couple of weeks for repairs.
"Alternate routes are limited so please plan your travel accordingly," Danvers DPW said.

DPW equipment may be on the trail while the repairs are being made and signs will be up notifying trail users of the closure.
