Danvers Seeks Crossing Guards For 2023-24 School Year

The openings are being filled through the Danvers Police Department.

DANVERS, MA — Danvers is looking to hire crossing guards for the upcoming school year.

The Danvers Police Department said interested applicants must have a valid driver's license, pass a CORI background check and will need to be fingerprinted.

Those hired must also be able to handle the physical aspects of the job — including walking or standing for periods of time and being outside in a variety of weather conditions.
