Danvers Water Main Break Causing Traffic Backups

DANVERS, MA -- Crews are working to repair a water main break on Liberty Street. The road is closed between at Conant and Burley Streets, according to Danvers Police, who are asking drivers to avoid the area. There is no timetable for when repairs will be completed.

Residents in the area may experience discolored water, as well as low or no water pressure. When service is restored, run your cold water tap until the water runs clear before using hot water.
