Danves Man Takes Limo To Claim $1 Million Lottery Prize
Louis Michaud Jr. won the $1 million prize in the "300X" $30 instant ticket game.
DANVERS, MA — A Danvers man who won $1 million on a Massachusetts State Lottery scratch ticket arrived in style to claim his prize as he traveled to the Lottery's Dorchester headquarters in a limousine.
Louis Michaud Jr. was a winner in the "300X" $30 instant ticket game.
He opted to receive his winnings in the form of a one-time payment of $650,000 before taxes.

Michaud told the Lottery that he plans to use some of the winnings to help pay his sister's mortgage.
Michaud purchased the winning ticket at the Danvers Citgo on High Street. The store received a $10,000 bonus for its sale of the ticket.
