Domestic Violence Awareness Candlelight Vigil Oct. 24 at 7 PM
The Be The Light Ministry at All Saints Episcopal Church Danvers will host this annual event to honor victims and support survivors.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. According to the stark statistics, domestic violence is experienced by more than 12 million women and men in the U.S. each year. Today, about 1 in 4 women and 1 in 7 men will experience physical violence by an intimate partner at some point during their lifetimes. Homicide by an intimate partner is the leading cause of death for pregnant women, and over half of female homicide victims are killed by a current or former male intimate partner.
On Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 7 PM, the Be the Light Ministry at All Saints Episcopal Church of the North Shore will host its annual Candlelight vigil to remember victims and honor survivors. All are welcome.
