DANVERS, MA — Essex North Shore Agricultural will use a $750,000 private grant to continue renovations in Gallant Hall as part of what the school said is a larger effort aimed at creating more space for students to attend Essex Tech by expanding the school's South Campus.

Superintendent-Director Heidi Riccio announced the renovations on Monday, which will include upgraded infrastructure and HVAC improvements in the half-century-old building.

Student-led renovations began in the building this past summer with the help of a $150,000 Cummings Foundation grant, with both students and professional contractors expected to conduct the upcoming work as well.
