Description Of Event:This is an old-fashioned, New Orleans-inspired Mardi Gras Party, featuring nationally recognized artist, Buckwheat Zydeco, a native of Lafayette, Louisiana. The New York Times has described Buckwheat Zydeco as "one of the best bands in America. A down-home and high-powered celebration, meaty and muscular with a fine-tuned sense of dynamics…propulsive rhythms, incendiary performances.” There will be beads, dancing and a great time for young and old.
