Danvers Basketball Wins, Headed to State Final
Danvers rolls into the state finals after earning a convincing win over Wareham at the TD Garden Monday afternoon.

It was all Danvers from start to finish.
The Falcons (20-4) knocked around Wareham (24-1) from the opening tip-off, established a 19-point lead in the first quarter and never looked back.
6' 7" senior center George Merry proved too much for the Vikings to handle and dominated the glass on both ends of the court.

Wareham never got into a rhythm on offense and struggled from the three-point line all afternoon.
The majority of Danvers' points came in the paint until about mid-way through the third quarter, when Nick Bates and Nick McKenna began raining threes from the arc.
