Here's a Look at the 2016-17 Danvers School Calendar

DANVERS, MA — Less than a month of the summer break is left, which means it’s time to talk about the upcoming school year.

Danvers students will head back to class on Sept. 7. Preschool students will start on Sept. 12.

The first off day of the year will be Columbus Day on Oct. 10. Thanksgiving break will start following an early release day on Nov. 23, with classes resuming on Nov. 28.

The last day before the winter break is a half day on Dec. 23 and the first day back is Jan. 3.

The school district will wrap up the 2016-17 school year on June 21 if no snow days are used and June 28 if all five built-in snow days are used.
