Highly Anticipated Summer Kid's Event Returns

'KIDSfest 2016' to Honor Community Police, Fire and Emergency Responders

The people who bring you EGGstravaganza are back with the event sure to be on every kid’s summer to-do list!

KIDSfest 2016, an exciting four-day rain-or-shine event for children entering K-5th grade this September, is sponsored and fully funded by Danvers Church of the Nazarene. The event includes three two-hour theme nights and a Sunday celebration for the whole family. This

Each theme night features fun opening exercises and competitions; engaging, high-energy songs; exciting object lessons and skits; the main activity theme; and a closing rally. Participants are assigned to a group based on grade level and gender, and are carefully supervised by trained team leaders. The entire event is designed to allow children to discover God in an exciting new way!

Wednesday: heroFEST provides an opportunity for each participant to meet the real-life “superheroes” of law enforcement, firefighting and emergency response while getting up close and personal with police cars, fire trucks and ambulances.

Thursday: animalFEST gives kids a hands-on experience with furry, reptilian and exotic animals and creatures, along with an opportunity to enjoy pony rides.

Friday: waterFEST features giant inflatable water slides, slip and slide competitions and other water-based activities.

Sunday: familyFEST starts at 10:30 with an exciting celebration service featuring songs performed by KIDSfest participants and is followed by free hot dogs, fresh popcorn and drinks, bounce houses, face painting and more!

Advance registration is requested for this amazing FREE event while space allows. Each registration includes an official KIDSfest t-shirt (while supplies last) and admission to the entire four-day event!
