Holy Week and Easter Services at CTR

Celebrate Holy Week (March 29-April 5) and Easter at Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church in Danvers.

Holy Week, which begins with Palm Sunday and continues through Easter, is the center of the liturgical year and the richest and most ancient rites and ceremonies of Christian worship. Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church, located at 188 Elliott Street (Route 62) in Danvers, will be holding the following services during Holy Week. Please visit ctr-anglican.org/holy-week-schedule or call 978.774.3163 for more information on these services, child care, and additional ceremonies. (Unless otherwise noted, times refer to a service with Holy Communion.)

Palm Sunday (March 29): 7:45 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. (Brunch: 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.)

Holy Monday (March 30): 7:30 p.m.

Holy Tuesday (March 31): 7:30 p.m.

Holy Wednesday (April 1): 6:30 a.m., 7:00 p.m. (Tenebrae: 8:00 p.m.)

Maundy Thursday (April 2): 7:30 p.m. (Prayer Vigil: 9:30 p.m. to Midnight)

Good Friday (April 3): 4:00 p.m. (Children’s Stations of the Cross), 7:30 p.m. (Solemn Liturgy)

Holy Saturday (April 4): 4:00 p.m. (Children’s Liturgy of Light), 7:30 p.m. (Great Vigil of Easter)

Easter Sunday (April 5): 10:00 a.m.
