Images of Christmas: a musical prelude to Christmas Eve Worship
All Saints Episcopal North Shore offers a beautiful mini-concert as part of its Christmas Eve worship service, Dec 24, 2021 starting at 5 PM

"O holy night, the stars are brightly shining,
It is the night of the dear Saviour’s birth;
Long lay the world in sin and error pining,
'Till he appeared and the soul felt its worth.
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices,
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn;"
'Till he appeared and the soul felt its worth.
This Christmas Eve -- the holiest night of the Christian world -- our weary world will set aside its worry and care to celebrate the event of so long ago when the child Jesus was born and his mother Mary laid him in a simple manger -- a feeding trough for animals where the hay was soft, the box off the ground, and the sides tall enough to keep Mary's blessed child safely inside.
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices

Join us in person, in the beautiful sanctuary of All Saints Episcopal Church of the North Shore, or on Zoom (Meeting ID: 827 0445 1104) and Facebook live on Friday, December 24 at 5 PM for "Images of Christmas," a sweet half-hour prelude of Christmas music offered by All Saints' Music Director, John Churchwell. The mini-concert precedes the traditional, candle-lit Christmas Eve worship which will even boast an appearance by Santa. (Shhh, don't tell the children.) The service will be celebrated by The Rev. Marya DeCarlen, rector, and The Rev. Brett Johnson, deacon.
