Lynda J. Talbot Memorial Fundraiser at Matty's Food & Spirits 9/19 at 6pm

The Lynda J. Talbot Memorial Fundraiser will take place Friday, September 19 at 6pm at Matty’s Food & Spirits in Danvers.

Stacy (Talbot) Bazylinski was 12 and Julie (Talbot) Donnelly was 10 when their mom Lynda J. Talbot of Danvers was first diagnosed with breast cancer. Four years ago, 23 years after the first diagnosis, they lost their mom to cancer and are now organizing the 4th annual walk / run in her name.

There will be all kinds of raffle items including personal training sessions, dinner gift certificates, Guinness items, photography sessions, seasonal baskets, gift certificates from Keldara Salon and Spa, Kiki Pilates Studio, Goodies and more!!

The “Lynda J. Talbot 4th Annual Memorial Walk/Run” will take place on Sunday, October 5 at Great Oak School in Danvers at 10am. The event will take place in Danvers where Lynda was raised and lived for almost 62 years with her family.

Last year donations were made to The Beth Israel Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fund and The Tough Warrior Princess. Scholarships were given to two well-deserving Danvers High School graduates and donations were made to local families battling cancer.
