Limbaugh, who is a Level 3 Sex Offender, is representing himself and pleads not guilty to all the charges. The Salem News reports that he continues to deny any wrongdoing on his part and argues the police are fabricating all sorts of evidence against him.
Even at the start of this week's trial, he again repeatedly told Judge Howard Whitehead there would be no trial because of appeals he has filed, according to the Salem News.

One of the latest twists in the case was the discovery Monday made by Middleton Jail officers who found razor blades in an envelope mixed in with court papers Limbaugh had as he returned to jail from court.
He maintained he knew nothing about the blades and suggested instead that authorities placed them in his court papers unbeknownst to him, reports the Salem News.
