Medicare Open Enrollment Seminar at North Shore Elder Services
As part of NSES's Primetime series, SHINE (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Everyone) will present a seminar to explain Medicare benefits.
Program Specialist, Irene O’Donnell from SHINE will discuss how Medicare beneficiaries can obtain free, unbiased health insurance counseling on Wednesday October 21 at either 1:30 to 3:00 pm or 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
Medicare Open Enrollment period begins October 15 and runs through till December 7. This is the time for those with Medicare to determine if their current medical and/or drug plan are meeting all their needs and to make changes if appropriate.
To assist in the process of making decisions or changes, North Shore Elder Services has SHINE counselors available for individual consultations. Call NSES at 879-750-4540 for more information.
