Milne Skates Against Top High School Stars at Hockey All-Star Classic

Danvers High senior Chris Milne was chosen to compete for Team North in the second annual Mass. State Hockey Coaches Association High School All-Star Classic on Sunday.

Danvers High senior Chris Milne took to the ice again Sunday in the 2011 Massachusetts State Hockey Coaches Association's High School All-Star Classic at the DCU Center in Worcester.

Milne joined the ranks of Team North, which included the likes of St. John’s Prep high-scorer Colin Blackwell but ultimately lost 8-4 to Team South.

Milne, a 5-foot-9 defenseman and captain skated his last season for the Danvers’ hockey team this winter, helping lead the .

Sunday’s event, in its second year, and hosted by the Worcester Sharks of the American Hockey League, featured 46 of the best high school hockey players in the state from both public and private schools.
