Moulton and Tisei to Debate in Danvers, Among Campaign Events Leading up to Election Day
Candidates for the Sixth District seat in Congress, one who will succeed outgoing Congressman John Tierney, will debate several times

Seth Moulton and Richard Tisei, the candidates for Congress in the Sixth District have several debates planned, including one at Danvers High School, leading up to the Nov. 4 election.
Moulton, a Democrat from Salem, and Tisei, a Republican from Wakefield, are seeking the Sixth Congressional District seat in the U.S. House of Representatives. Independent candidate Chris Stockwell of Marblehead is also in the race.
Last month, Moulton defeated nine-term incumbent U.S. Rep. John Tierney (D-Salem) in the Democratic primary. In 2012, Tisei came within 4,000 votes of defeating Tierney in the general election.

.The sixth district includes 39 cities and towns on the North Shore and north of Boston, stretching from Salisbury and Newburyport in the north to Lynn and Swampscott in the south. From east to west, it stretches from Rockport to Bedford, and includes Beverly, Danvers, Gloucester, Peabody and Salem.

- Thursday, Oct. 23, 9:45-11 a.m. On the Record with Janet Wu and Ed Harding at WCVB-TV studios. It will air on Sunday, Oct. 26 at 10 a.m. on TV.
- Thursday, Oct. 23, 6-8 p.m. at Danvers High School, 60 Cabot Road, hosted by the Salem News, Lowell Sun and Jewish Journal.
- Wednesday, Oct. 29, 8-9 p.m. on the Nightside show with Dan Rea on WBZ Radio AM 1030. The debate will air live on air or audience members can attend at Endicott College, 376 Hale St., Beverly.
- Thursday, Oct. 30, 6 p.m. live on air in the Broadside show with Jim Braude on NECN.
