North Shore Elder Services Announces Their Lynah-Carter Staff Award Recipient

We are pleased to announce that Shannon Civitarese is North Shore Elder Services’ 2016 Lynah-Carter Staff Award recipient. The Lynah-Carter Staff Award is given to a staff member who best exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond without thought of recognition or award. The award is decided upon by coworkers at North Shore Elder Services (NSES), which for Shannon has made it all that more special. Shannon was recently promoted within the fiscal department to a new role; Provider Relations and Contracts Associate. Shannon started in the fiscal department as a temporary accounting clerk but in her two years with North Shore Elder Services has grown tremendously and been instrumental to implementing processes to make things better. Shannon loves not only her job but loves working at North Shore Elder Services. “I feel like I hit the jackpot getting this job.”
