North Shore Elder Services hosts "Making Choices When it Matters Most" Wednesday March 30

Come learn more about making one's health care wishes known through use of the Five Wishes document. Advance Directives such as; Health Care Proxy, Living Will, Durable Power of Attorney are critical documents that are essential to estate planning. It's not only for ourselves that we prepare but for our loved ones who will be left to make decisions.

There are two times to choose from; 2pm - 3pm OR 6pm - 7pm. Sessions are held at NSES offices at 300 Rosewood Drive, Suite 200, Danvers, MA.
