North Shore Regional Flu Shot Clinic In Danvers Set For Thursday

The health departments of Beverly, Danvers, Marblehead, Peabody, Salem and Swampscott will host the clinic on Thursday.

DANVERS, MA — Health departments from six North Shore communities are collaborating on a regional flu shot clinic this week.

Beverly, Danvers, Marblehead, Peabody, Salem and Swampscott residents are invited to the clinic on Thursday in the Danvers High School cafeteria. The clinic for all ages 5 and older will run from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the school at 60 Cabot Street.

With the flu, coronavirus and other viruses circulating on the North Shore, the health departments recommend vaccinations for all where available.

The regular flu shot dose will be available for those 5 and older as well as the high dose for those 65 and older.

There is no pre-registration for the walk-in clinic. Masks are required regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status. Those who attend are asked to wear short sleeves and bring their insurance cards.

The COVID-19 vaccine will not be available at this clinic.
