Alice (O’Brien) Helm, 73, from Danvers, MA passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2015. Alice was born in Winthrop, MA the daughter of Margaret and David O’Brien and sister of Mary, David, and Frank.
Alice is survived by her loving husband, John, her daughter Christine, and her sons John and Michael, as well as her three grandchildren Emily, Ethan, and Andrew Helm. Alice worked for Northwest and Delta Airlines as a Reservation Sales Agent for almost 20 years. Most recently, John and Alice lived in Groveland, MA.

Alice was a devoted wife and mother. She had an infectious laugh and a twinkle in her eye. Many people loved her because she truly lived from her heart and was generous in a quiet humble way. Alice found inspiration and solace in her Catholic faith and Easter was her favorite holiday.
For the past two years Alice was cared for by the nurturing staff at the Atrium in Danvers. She will be missed by everyone who knew her and her loving generous spirit will live on through us.

A Liturgy of the Word will be held on Thursday at 11:30 am in St. Mary’s Church, Danvers. Visitation will be held prior in the Mackey Funeral Home, Middleton, MA from 9:30 am-11am.
