Obituary: Arlene (Kennedy) Logan, Teacher's Aide at Danvers Schools
Mrs. Logan enlisted in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War

Arlene (Kennedy) Logan, 82, beloved wife of the late Enoch Logan, died peacefully on Saturday December 20, 2014 at the Twin Oaks Nursing Home in Danvers, after an extended illness.
Born in Danvers, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Mary (Matton) Kennedy. She grew up in Danvers, where she attended schools and graduated from Danvers High School.

Mrs. Logan enlisted in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. She was stationed at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. where she met her husband and married at the Chapel at Arlington National Cemetery.
Upon returning to Danvers, she worked at Sylvania until having her children. She was a Teacher’s Aide with the Town of Danvers School System. She later worked with Sears in the Catalog Sales Department.

Arlene enjoyed sewing, quilting, and was an avid reader. Upon retiring she lived in North Fort Myers, FL where she was active in the Faith Assembly of God Church, and spent Summers in Wells, ME.
She is survived by a son Michael Logan of Fitchburg; four daughters, Kathleen and her husband Gary Winchell of Peabody, Linda Landry of CT, Alicia Logan of Danvers and Loretta and her husband Jim Fader of Peabody; five grandchildren, Ian Logan, Keith Fader, Stephanie Landry, Stephen DesFosses, and Jackie Corbett; a brother Richard & his wife Karen Kennedy of Danvers, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a grandson Sean Landry.
At the request of the family, a private family service will be held at a later date. Expressions of sympathy can be made in his name to Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan St. Suite B-102, Danvers, MA 01923. Cremation service planned with Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody.
