Obituary: Cynthia Jean 'Cindi' LaBrie, 53, Lifelong Danversport Resident

Cindi had been employed at Amicon and also Riverside School.

Cynthia Jean “Cindi” LaBrie, 53, passed away on Aug. 15, 2014 in Lahey Clinic, Burlington. She was the wife of Richard Parker, with whom she shared over 23 years together.

Born in Danvers on September 22, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Armand and Rita (Gamache) LaBrie. She was a life-long resident of Danversport and graduated from Danvers High School. When she was younger, Cindi enjoyed camping in Limerick, Maine, where she loved to waterski. She also enjoyed camping with Dickie and her friends and spending time on the boat with her father. Cindi had been employed at Amicon and also Riverside School. She was also a longtime member of the Polish Club.

Besides Dickie, she is survived by her beloved daughter, Chantel LaBrie of Danvers, her sisters Terry Herlihy-Caskey of Danvers and Marie Cote of Denmark, ME, her aunt, Alice Bezuka of Danvers, many nieces and nephews and her dogs, CC and Nikko.

Her Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014 at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers. Visiting Hours are Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA, 02284.
