Obituary: Jerry Rosato, 70, of Danvers

Jerry Rosato, 70, of Danvers, died on Monday September 29, 2014. He is the loving husband of Maria Rosato, with whom he shared 47 years of marriage.
Jerry was born in Mirabella/Avellino, Italy on Oct 19, 1943 to the late Rosa D’Ambrosio and Rocco Rosato. He grew up in Revere before moving to Danvers in 1976. Jerry worked for Dependable Masonry in Reading and was a member of Local #3 Bricklayers and Masons Union.
He joins his late brothers Alessio and Modestino Rosato.
He leaves 4 children: Dr. Richard Rosato and his wife Dr. Laure of Concord, NH; Rosemarie Rosato of Danvers, MA; James Rosato and his wife Chelsea of Danvers and Dr. Christine Rosato-Jarmoc and her husband Dr. Marty of Danvers, MA.
8 grandchildren: Richard Jr, Colin, Madison, James, Joseph, Sofia, Jocelyn and Natalie.
He also leaves his brothers Carmen, Pasquale, Orlando and wife Donna and sisters Maria D’Ambrosio and husband Alessio and Elizabeth Haley as well as many nieces and nephews.
His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, Oct. 4, 2014 at 9AM in Saint Richard Church, 90 Forest St., Danvers. Burial will follow in Annunciation Cemetery, Danvers. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours are Friday from 4-8PM in C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square.
