Obituary: Kathleen JoAnne (Moran) Brennan, Loving and Dedicated Wife and Mother
She was raised and educated in Salem and was a graduate of St. James Grammar and High School in Salem.

Kathleen JoAnne (Moran) Brennan 84, of Danvers passed peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on February 8th 2015.
Born in Salem she was the daughter of the late William A. and Theresa M. (Ahearn) Moran. She was raised and educated in Salem and was a graduate of St. James Grammar and High School in Salem.

Prior to having her family JoAnne was employed at CBS Hytron and Salem City Hall.
A loving and dedicated wife and mother she devoted her life to her family, providing a loving and caring home. She was extremely proud of all her children and grandchildren and their accomplishments. JoAnne was the ultimate hostess. She truly enjoyed entertaining family and friends at all and any occasion, especially Christmas, her favorite. Her home was where her heart was and she enjoyed sharing that and welcomed all who entered.

Family and her faith were paramount in her life. She will be remembered and deeply missed for her love and warmth and a little piece of us all goes with her.
JoAnne is survived by her husband of 62 years, Thomas J. Brennan, her children,Kathleen Czarnecki and her husband Joseph of Danvers, Edward Brennan of Salem, Mayre Elizabeth (Betsy) Brennan Norris, and her husband Brian, Kimberly Brennan Butler and her husband Daniel, Thomas Brennan and his wife Dianne, all of Danvers and Arthur (Jamie) Brennan and his wife Gail of Peabody. Her cherished grandchildren, Alyssa B. Czarnecki- Duplissie and her husband Bryan, Rory and Brenna Butler, Thomas, Andrew and Matthew Brennan of Danvers and Elizabeth and MargaretBrennan of Peabody. Her sister in law Elizabeth (Brennan) Powers of Marblehead as well as several beloved nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Thomas J.Brennan and sister of the late Walter and John Moran, Priscilla Cole and June Tremblay.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral will be held from the Peterson-O’Donnell Funeral Home 167 Maple St., (rte 62) Danvers, Thursday, Feb 12th at 11 A.M. followed by her funeral Mass in St. Mary of the Annunciation Church, Conant St., Danvers at 11:30 A.M.. Relatives and friends invited. Burial is private. Visiting hours Wednesday, Feb. 11th from 4 to 7 P.M. In lieu of flowers, expression of sympathy may be made in Kathleen’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, Tn, 38105.
