Obituary: Richard F. Tassinari, Co-Owned the Tri-Town Auto Supply Stores
Tri-town Auto Supply was the go-to store for auto parts and supplies for over 35 years on the North Shore.

Richard F. Tassinari 73, of Ossipee, N.H., formerly of Danvers, beloved husband of the late Lynne (Delp) Tassinari, died Monday, June 29th, 2015 at his daughters home following an extended illness.
Born in Chelsea, he was the son of the late Ernest J. and Frances (Hewett) Tassinari. He was raised and educated in Peabody and was a graduate of Peabody High School.

An honorably discharged veteran, he served his country as Sargent in the United States Army.
Richard was the co-founder and co-owner of Tri-Town Auto Supply in Topsfield and Rowley with his partner Frank “Bud” Trabucco. Tri-town Auto Supply was the go-to store for over 35 years on the North Shore for Auto Parts and supplies. He was known professionally for helping every and all customers even with their most rare engine or body automotive parts.
Richard was a long time resident of the Town of Danvers. He was an active member of All Saints Episcopal Church (formerly Calvary Episcopal Church) in Danvers. A true guy’s guy, Richard enjoyed spending his time out of doors, fishing, boating and camping. He was a competitive athlete even into his older years playing men’s league Ice Hockey and Baseball. He loved being with his teammates and competing together. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and uncle who will be deeply missed.

Richard is survived by his daughter Danni Tassinari of Ossipee, N.H., with whom he resided and Kelly Tassinari of Lynnfield, his 4 grandchildren, Tori Lynne, Jayden, Cedryck and Todd-David, his sister, Dolores Windt and her husband James of Alexandria, Va and several nieces and nephews. He was also the father of the late ToddTassinari and brother of the late Ernest Tassinari.
ARRANGEMENTS: His funeral service will be held in All Saints Episcopal Church, 46 Cherry St., Danvers, Wednesday July 7th at 11 A. M. Relatives and friends invited. Burial in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Danvers. Visiting hours in the Peterson-O’Donnell Funeral Home 167 Maple St., (rte 62) Danvers, Tuesday, July 7th from 5 to 8 P.M. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Richard’s memory to Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan St., Danvers, MA 01923.
