Obituary: Richard J. Carbone, Worked at Eastman Kodak For 30 Years

He was a member of the Elks Lodge #1409 and the Italian American Citizens Club, both in Peabody.

Richard J. Carbone, 86, passed away on February 8, 2015 in the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers. He was the husband of Elizabeth A. Hall with whom he shared 35 years.

Born in Lynn, on June 3, 1928, he was the son of the late Andrew and Maryanne Carbone. He served our country with the United States Army during WWII and was honorably discharged. Richard had been employed at Eastman Kodak for thirty years. He was a member of the Elks Lodge #1409 and the Italian American Citizens Club, both in Peabody.

Besides his wife, Elizabeth, he is survived by his two sons, Robert Hall of Peabody and Christopher Hall with his wife Beth of Beverly and his granddaughter, Angelina. He was predeceased by a son, Michael Hall.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10AM on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 in Saint Richard Parish, 90 Forest St., Danvers. Burial is private. Visitation will be held on Wednesday prior to the Mass from 8:45-9:45AM at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Richard’s name to the Kaplan Family Hospice, 78 Liberty St., Danvers, MA, 01923.
