As we come to understand our own response to conflict, we are better prepared to understand the other person. Understanding in a bridge to reconciliation. Maintaining a reconciling spirit provides for the building of community.

About David & Kathy Brooks

David Brooks has served the local church in the New England region of the US since 1996 with Church Resource Ministries, a daughter organization of the Navigators. Before his current appointment, David served as a pastor for ten years in Colorado and New Hampshire. David and Kathy reside in Manchester, N.H. and have five grown children and four grandchildren.
In his work with Church Resource Ministries, David comes alongside churches in transition and/or crisis to help them create pathways of hope, healing and revitalization. David has served on dozens of church diagnostic assessment teams and has served as an Interim Transition Pastor in ten churches here in the New England region. David is also an ICF certified leadership coach who coaches other Interim Transition Pastors, Executive Pastors and church leadership teams.
