Today's photographs, taken by Stephen Delaney, were from the dedication of earlier this month, in honor of former town manager Bob Curtis.

At the event were six of Curtis' interns, all of whom went on to careers in local government.

"He lit the flame, and he did that for a lot of us," said Town Manager Marquis, noting that he credits Curtis for instilling in each of his alums the importance of service in local government.

Despite the rainy weather, the ceremony was held in the Carriage House at on September 8, and they had "electronic unveiling" of the new Curtis Way sign.
