Police Log: Peabody Man Charged With Drunk Driving for Third Time

Monday, Oct. 6

At 3:16 p.m., police arrested Kirshby Osias, 19, 77A Bolton St., Cambridge, and charged her with disorderly conduct. Police made the arrest on Northshore Avenue.

At 5:47 p.m., police arrested Angel Liguori, 39, 20 Mason St., #1, Gloucester, and charged her with shoplifting by asportation and Maria Liguori, 69, 10 Dale Ave., Gloucester, and charged her with shoplifting more than $100 by asportation. Police made the arrest at Kohls.

At 6:03 p.m., police arrested Barbara Gimilaro, 55, 39 Clifton Ave., Saugus, and charged her with shoplifting by asportation (third offense). Police made the arrest at Walmart.

At 6:53 p.m., police arrested Kris Kilroy, 33, 3 Salvatore Cir., Danvers, and charged the person on a warrant.

At 10:48 p.m., police arrested Noemi Oduardo, 33, 152 Endicott St., Danvers, and charged her with assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, threatening to commit a crime, resisting arrest and a civil rights violation.

Tuesday, Oct. 7

At 1:48 p.m. police arrested Kassandra Aranda, 21, Roxbury, and charged her with shoplifting more than $100 by asportation. Police made the arrest at Walmart.

At 3:56 p.m., police arrested Shanna Sarrette, 37, 39 Bacheller St., Lynn, and charged her with shoplifting more than $100 by asportation and possessing a burglarious instrument. Police made the arrest at Kohls.

Wednesday, Oct. 8

At 11:15 a.m., police received a call from Liberty Street about a car break-in.

Thursday, Oct. 9

At 11:52 a.m., police arrested Victor Macedo, 47, 5 Burnham Road, Peabody, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (third offense) and a marked lanes violation. Police made the arrest during a traffic stop on Liberty Street.

At 12:46 p.m., police arrested Christine King, 47, Peabody, and charged her with shoplifting more than $100 by asportation. Police made the arrest at Ann & Hope Curtain and Bath.

Friday, Oct. 10

At 11:06 a.m, police arrested Loren Green, 32, 26 Oneida St., Lynn, and charged her with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense). Police made the arrest during a trafific stop at Gorman Road and Maple Street.

At 6 p.m., police arrested Justine Baez, 26, 302 Manor Road, Beverly, and charged her on a warrant. Police made the arrest at Nordstrom Rack.
