State Police To Install Child Car Seats In Danvers, Framingham
The Danvers and Framingham barracks are two of four in the state where installations and inspections will be held on Tuesday afternoon.
DANVERS, MA — The State Police on Tuesday will host another car seat installation and inspection day at four locations statewide — including Danvers and Framingham — on Tuesday.
Certified police car seat technicians will be at the Danvers and Framingham locations to provide instruction and guidance on proper seat installation and child passenger safety.
The installations and inspections will take place from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Danvers barracks located at 485 Maple Street and the Framingham barracks located at 470 Worcester Road.

State Police will also do installations and inspections at the Greenfield and Springfield barracks.
Installations and inspections can also be arranged by appointment outside of the set hours by calling the MSP Traffic Programs Section between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. at 774-462-3766.

The program is funded in part by the Child Passenger Safety Equipment Grant from the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security's Highway Safety Division Office of Grants and Research.
