Summer Reads: Popular Requests at the Library

Whether relaxing at the beach, or enjoying vacation from school, it seems that reading tends to become a more popular hobby during the summer.
With the help of the, we've compiled a list of the recent most popular book requests in Danvers: 

"Townie"

Tricia Arrington, head of circulation at the library, said another popular read has been "The Help" by Kathryn Stockett. "All ten of our copies are checked out right now, and I expect when the movie comes out this summer we'll see a rise in interest again," she said. 

Arrington said books to be on the radar for include "Now You See Her" by James Patterson, and "Smokin' Seventeen" by Janet Evanovich, both of which come out later this month.
