Individuals may bring up to two boxes of paper. The two-box limit helps ensure the shredding event can accommodate more participants. Each box should weigh no more than 30 to 40 pounds to ensure they are not too heavy for event staff to lift. Paper clips and staples do not need to be removed, but please remove paper from folders and binders.

Event staff will remove boxes from vehicles, empty the paper into collection carts, and return the boxes to participants. To help keep the line moving, participants cannot watch document destruction. Shred-it follows rigorous security standards certified by the National Association for Information Destruction.

Paper shredding will take place at the Keith Middle School parking lot, a new event location. Participants should enter north of the school and follow the traffic route to the shred truck. This map shows the event entrance: https://maps.app.goo.gl/fas4j2hNPW6nSruC9.
