The Indie Children's Bookfest will be held Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at TLC Studios in Dedham Square as part of the International Dot Day Celebration.
International Dot Day, inspired by Peter H. Reynolds' beloved book The Dot, is an annual global event which encourages millions of students, teachers, and creators in over 190 countries to "make their mark" and celebrate courage, creativity, and collaboration.
Join Peter H. Reynolds and friends for a celebration of independently published authors who have "made their mark" by creating entertaining and fun stories specifically for children.
Each author will have their books on display at their tables for purchase.
Peter H. Reynolds will be there to sign a free print for all attendees. There will also be a free raffle for a basket filled with items that encourage creativity, along with story time by a select group of the authors. Children can create their own dot creation and frame.
