Breaking and Entering at Golf Country Over Weekend

A Breaking and Entering incident at Golftown on Turnpike Street highlights today's Police and Fire Log.

received a call from Raynham Police on Saturday at approximately 7 a.m. regarding a breaking and entering at on Turnpike Street. Raynham PD said the incident may have been connected with a breaking and entering incident in West Bridgewater that day.

Raynham PD recovered a cash register on Robinson Street with Golf Country information on it. Easton Police investigated the situation and confirmed a break-in. The incident is under investigation.

Wheels Stolen at Green Acres Florist

Easton Police are investigating a larceny incident that occurred at over the weekend.

Police received a call at approximately 6:45 a.m. Saturday regarding wheels and tires stolen from a vehicle at Green Acres Florist overnight. The caller said all four wheels and tires were missing.

Attempted Breaking and Entering on Canton Street Friday

Police received a call Friday at approximately 7 p.m. regarding an attempted breaking and entering on Canton Street. A resident said he came home to find screens missing from the house.

Officers said that while an attempt was made, no entry was gained. Nothing was taken.
