A $67,676 grant has been awarded to Crescent Credit Union.

Crescent Credit Union has been awarded a Training Grant from the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund in the amount of $67,676.
The grant was awarded based on an application submitted by Crescent Credit Union, which demonstrated its commitment to investing in training that will further develop employees and improve service to existing and future members.

The proposed training plan is of a comprehensive nature, and addresses training needs within the credit union, such as Commercial Sales Leadership, and training in Quality & Efficiency Processes.
Employees from every level will participate in the training, which will take place over the course of two years. The program will be coordinated by Pam Walsh, Assistant Vice President, Employee Development at Crescent Credit Union, and will be conducted by the well respected and highly touted Tandem Training, Inc. of Keene, NH.

This project is funded by a Workforce Training Fund grant through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development. The grant program is administered by the Commonwealth Corporation.
